Renewing the Covenant with the Martyrs on the First Anniversary of the “Woman, Life, Freedom” Revolution

The people of Iran renewed their covenant with the martyrs of the path to freedom on the first anniversary of the “Woman, Life, Freedom” revolution.

A year has passed since the start of the popular revolutionary uprising, which was sparked by the death of Mahsa Amini. During this one year, the people of Iran have not abandoned the streets and have continued their protests for the overthrow of the system and the freedom of Iran, wearing optional headscarves at every opportunity.

Now that only a few days remain until the anniversary of the popular revolution, the people of Iran in various cities have coordinated and prepared a call for this great day. On September 16, 2023, all people will come to the streets and will take steps toward the overthrow of the Islamic Republic system.

Freedom-seekers in Kurdistan also announced their readiness for the anniversary of the “Woman, Life, Freedom” revolution and support for those who lost their lives by visiting the graves of the martyrs of the path to freedom at Behesht Mohammad Cemetery in Sanandaj. The people of Zahedan, who come to the streets with their protests every week after Friday prayers, have also renewed their covenant with the martyrs of the path to freedom for the anniversary of the revolutionary uprising and will come to the streets with greater power and unity to overthrow the system.

The people of Kurdistan also sent a message to the system and its agents saying “if you kill, you will be killed,” and announced that we will no longer allow our brothers and sisters to be killed. The people of Iran are united with each other and will not abandon one another.
