Warning to the Regime! Expect a Historic Fatwa from Zahedan

From the office of “Maulana Naqshbandi,” a warning was issued to the Islamic Republic’s ruling system about a historic fatwa from Zahedan.

Since the start of the protests, Zahedan has been under siege by the security forces of the Islamic Republic regime and has suffered the highest number of casualties from suppressions and arrests thus far, yet it has not abandoned the scene of protest and revolution.

According to statements by “Maulana Abdul Hamid,” the Sunni Friday Prayer Leader in Zahedan, he said yesterday in his Friday prayer sermons, referring to Zahedan’s bloody Friday: “Gunfire came from four directions into the prayer hall, and people inside the prayer hall and at the entrance were hit by bullets.

Following this shooting, approximately one hundred people were killed in the path of freedom and over three hundred were wounded. Seventeen people lost their eyesight and approximately 17 children were killed. People were also severely beaten in the streets.”

According to the media network of Zahedan’s Friday Prayer Leader, he continued by saying that he thinks about the interests of the nation, not just the interests of Zahedan and the province, and addressed the Islamic Republic government: You solve the problems of the entire country and nation so that people find peace and do not take to the streets.

Furthermore, following repeated sieges and suppressions by the Islamic Republic government, the office of “Maulana Abdul Ghaffar Naqshbandi” issued a warning to the ruling system through a message posted on social media, writing: “In the event that the siege of Macca Mosque (the beating heart of Iran’s Sunni community) continues and citizens and worshippers are suppressed, expect a historic fatwa.”
