Two Gatherings in Mahshahr and Mashhad; Workers and Cryptocurrency Victims Protest Economic Policies

According to media reports and social networks, a number of contract workers in Mahshahr and a group of victims of digital currency companies in Mashhad protested on Wednesday.
Reports indicate that a number of victims of the “King Money” cryptocurrency network, which is apparently linked to “Badran Gostaran” company, held a protest gathering on Wednesday, Bahman 13, in front of the building of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade in Mashhad.

In another event, workers at Majidieh Port in Mahshahr held a gathering to protest delayed wage payments and the lack of job security at the port.
Based on reports published on social networks, the protesters say that after one month of work without a contract, on the eve of the new year, the contractor wants to dismiss them without paying their wages.
