Suicide of a 14-Year-Old Girl in Boukan

On Monday, the 20th of Ordibehesht, a 14-year-old girl in the city of Boukan, located in West Azerbaijan Province, took her own life by hanging and died. The share of Iranian adolescents in annual suicides has been reported by the Forensic Medicine Organization to be more than 7 percent.

According to a report by Hrana News Agency, citing Kurdpa, on Monday, the 20th of Ordibehesht, 1400, a teenage girl in the city of Boukan took her own life by hanging and died.

Based on this report, the identity of this adolescent has been named as Media Rahmani, 14 years old.

It is said that this citizen committed this act due to family disputes.

The share of Iranian adolescents in annual suicides has been reported by the Forensic Medicine Organization to be more than 7 percent.
