Christendom and the Persecution of Christianity

Germany: Muslim extremists attack Afghan Christian asylum seeker

Four Afghan refugees attacked a Christian convert in Germany, shouting "Allahu Akbar" and intending to kill him!

According to news from Christian activists to the Voice of Christians of Iran (Vocir), a Christian convert, an Afghan citizen, was attacked and seriously injured by four Muslim refugees and fellow countrymen in the city of Maintal near Frankfurt, located in the state of Hesse.

According to eyewitnesses, the attackers, shouting "Allahu Akbar," intended to kill him.

The victim, who is himself an asylum seeker and works as a volunteer interpreter at a refugee detention center, had attended a worship service before the attack.

It is said that this incident occurred on Wednesday night, August 17. The injured person was standing outside his residence when four people attacked him, shouting "Allahu Akbar", and beat him with fists, kicks and knives. All four attackers fled when local residents arrived. Then, with the presence of rescue forces, the injured person was taken to the hospital and his treatment was carried out.

The identity of the injured person is being withheld for security reasons. He is currently receiving treatment in the hospital. Bruises are visible on his shoulder, forearm, and face. He says that for us, born Muslims who converted from Islam to Christianity, the situation is very difficult. We cannot easily talk about our religious beliefs, neither in our own country nor in Germany. We even have to keep the cross we wear around our necks hidden.

Three of the attackers live in the Maintal refugee camp and another lives in Darmstadt.

Organizations supporting persecuted Christians have consistently warned police officials of the presence of radical Muslims and arbitrary and dangerous actions against Christian converts in refugee detention centers in Germany, and have even called for the separation of Muslims and Christians in these centers.
