Ashkan Maroti talks about his condition in the hospital
After spending several days in the hospital, Ashkan Maroti posted a post on his Instagram page last night, explaining his condition.
Ashkan Maroti is a martial artist from Sanandaj who, during the protests last month, stood alone and bravely against the armed oppressors of the Islamic Republic in Azadi Square in Sanandaj. He was then shot and wounded and arrested.
Ashkan Maroti posted pictures of himself in the hospital on his Instagram page yesterday. The pictures show the depth of the gunshot wounds to his body. Ashkan Maroti says that he was shot more than 200 large shotgun pellets and two live rounds in the femoral artery and was hit in the head with a baton at least 100 times.
In another post on his Instagram page, in addition to sharing the hospital sheet on which the accusation of war was written, he said: "Water, whether it is one inch or a hundred inches, is a waste of time. I will sacrifice my life for Iran not once, but a hundred thousand times."
He is currently free on a heavy bail and for treatment. But Ashkan Maroti, according to his own words, will not back down. Not only he, but all the people of Iran will stand up against these crimes of the Islamic Republic government.
