Announcement from the Persian-speaking Cathedral

Since 2017, the 222nd Church Council has launched the Cathedral virtually, with the aim of bringing together Persian speakers across the globe. Overcoming many challenges, it holds meetings every Sunday for Persian speakers in Iran, Afghanistan, as well as Persian speakers living in European countries, the United States, Australia, Canada, etc.

These meetings are held on Sundays on the first of each month, with the attendance of all churches of Council 222, ministers, and church members via Zoom.

It should be noted that these meetings will also be broadcast live simultaneously via the cathedral's YouTube and Instagram.

The meeting was held yesterday (Sunday) with the participation of more than 1,000 people, via Zoom and other social media platforms of the cathedral. You can watch a short part of the meeting in the video below, as well as the entire video via the link below.

During this meeting, Pastor Lazarus Yaqnazar – the overseer of the 222 Church Councils – answered questions, including:

   1. The Iranian Revolution in These Days and the Duty of Christians
2. The relationship between Christianity and politics
3. After the liberation of Iran, what is our duty as Christians towards our fellow countrymen?

The Persian-speaking Cathedral Church invites you, dear ones, to participate in these meetings and share in their blessings.
