The uncertainty of "Nasima Islamzahi", a security suspect in Evin Prison

"Nasima Islamzahi," a Sunni security suspect, is still in limbo in the women's ward of Evin Prison.
Nasimah Islamzai, 40, was arrested in Sistan and Baluchestan province in September 1402, along with her husband and one-year-old child. According to reports published by security forces, they were carrying weapons at the time of their arrest.
After her arrest, Ms. Islamzai and her husband were charged at the Sistan and Baluchestan Provincial Prosecutor's Office with membership in the militant group ISIS and then transferred to Evin Prison.
Ms. Nasima spent three months in a solitary cell in the Ministry of Intelligence's detention center, known as Ward 209, in Evin Prison, and another three months in multiple-person cells. She was transferred to the women's ward of the prison on March 14, 2023.
Nasima's husband is also being held in one of the multiple-person rooms in the Ministry of Intelligence's detention center, known as Ward 209 of Evin Prison. The couple has not had any contact or in-person meetings with each other, and no trial has been held to hear their charges.
It should be noted that their one-year-old daughter, Aisha, was taken to an unknown location after their arrest, but during Ms. Nasima's interrogations, she was told that her child had been given to a Shiite family. She, who was pregnant with her second child at the time of her arrest, will soon be released from prison, but the couple is still in limbo after months.
