"Samad Porsche" protest presence in Enghelab Square, Yasuj, with the banner of the Unity of Iranian Peoples

Political prisoner Samad Porsche once again emphasized the unity of all Iranian ethnic groups through a symbolic action in Yasuj's Revolution Square.
An hour ago, on Tuesday, October 2, "Samad Porsche," a political prisoner and civil activist, appeared in Yasuj's Revolution Square holding a banner calling for unity among the Iranian people.
In this protest video he released, he says: "Peace be upon the noble people of Iran. Today is Mehr 1, 1404, I declare that we, all the people of Iran, are united. Enduring Iran." The banner he held in Yasuj's Revolution Square read: "A free and prosperous Iranian in world peace, with the unity of all Iranian peoples and the absence of plundering thieves."
He had previously shown his protest against "security case fabrication" by sewing his lips together before appearing in the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court and emphasized that he had not committed any crime.
This civil activist was arrested in Yasuj in September 1402 on the first anniversary of Mahsa Amini’s death. After being temporarily released on bail in November of that year, he was transferred to Yasuj Prison in March to serve his sentence. Since then, he has faced new charges and security summonses many times.
In one of his reactions to security pressures, Samad Porsche said: "I never regret it and I have a life in my heart that is sacrificed for Iran and the Iranian people."
His record shows that his protests have always been met with harsh responses from the Islamic Republic. Over the past four decades, the Iranian government has repeatedly persecuted and suppressed civil activists, religious minorities, and political opponents with repeated arrests, heavy sentences, and security pressures, a trend that continues to this day.
