Permanent removal from clerical robes and seven years in prison for "Javad Yazdi" for supporting Israel

Mohammad Javad Mohaghegh Yazdi, a cleric from the city of Qom, was sentenced to permanent removal from his clerical robes and seven years in prison for supporting Israel.
Mohammad Javad Yazdi, a cleric living in Qom, was permanently stripped of his clerical robes and sentenced to seven years in prison for criticizing the policies of the Islamic Republic regime, opposing the Islamic Republic regime's war against Israel, and declaring an attack against the country forbidden. He was summoned to prison on Thursday, April 11, to serve the sentence.
Mohammad Javad Yazdi also criticized the encouragement of youth to join proxy groups for the war against Israel and warned authorities against sending youth to the war fronts, saying, "If martyrdom is an honor, send your children first." His warning to authorities led to these sentences being issued against him.
He is a critical figure within the Qom Seminary who has always boldly criticized the policies of the Islamic Republic and has repeatedly called for an end to the deception of public opinion with very harsh slogans against Israel.
According to the final verdict issued against him, the critical cleric has been sentenced to 4 years in prison for supporting Israel, one year for propaganda against the regime, and 2 years in prison for insulting Khomeini and Khamenei.
