Sistan and Baluchestan: Three fuel tankers, including a teenager, killed in shooting by military forces

HRANA News Agency – In recent days, military forces opened fire in the border areas of the cities of Hirmand and Golshan in Sistan and Baluchestan province, killing three fuel tankers, including a teenager.
According to HRANA news agency, citing Hal Vash, on Monday, July 26, shooting by military forces in the border areas of Hirmand County resulted in the death of a fuel tanker.
The identity of this fuel carrier is stated to be Hossein Hormozi, 24 years old, son of Habib, a resident of Milk village in Hirmand County, married and with a young child.
The report states that military forces opened fire on Mr. Hormozi without prior warning on the Milk border road to the city of Dost Mohammad while he was returning home on a motorcycle.
Additionally, on Saturday, July 24, 1402, a teenage fuel tanker lost his life after being shot by military forces in the border areas of Hirmand County.
His identity has been identified as Ali Noorzahi, 16 years old, son of Fazal Ahmad, a resident of the village of "Dino" in Hirmand County.
According to this report, the teenager in question was transporting three 20-liter gallons of fuel in a Pride car, which led to the shooting and death of the teenager by military forces.
In addition, on Saturday, July 24, 1401, another fuel tanker was killed by direct fire from military forces in the city of Jalaq, a part of Golshan County, located in Sistan and Baluchestan Province.
The identity of this tanker has been identified as Mohammad Rigi Moghadam (Raisi), son of Bahman, and a resident of the city of Jalaq.
The report states that military forces opened fire on the tanker without prior warning, even though Mr. Moghadam was not carrying any fuel and was traveling with only empty gallons of fuel.
Part of the annual report on the human rights situation in Iran for 2021 focuses on citizens who have been killed or injured by military organs.
In 2021, a total of 242 citizens were targeted by military forces, of whom 94 lost their lives, including 23 kolbars, 31 fuel carriers, and 40 citizens. 148 citizens were also injured by indiscriminate shooting by military organs, of whom 81 were kolbars, 51 were ordinary citizens, and 16 were fuel carriers.
