The plan for two emergencies is to suffocate the government of hope!!!!!!

According to FCNN: A group of members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly have formulated a two-pronged plan entitled "Ensuring the security of holding official, customary, and ordinary ceremonies," and have determined punishments for those who disrupt such ceremonies.

The sole article of this plan states:

1- Anyone who, by any action, whether by asking a question or otherwise, causes a person to stop, draw attention to themselves, or cause a seizure during a speech, whether it is an official ceremony or a ceremony that is customary without permission, shall be sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 6 months to 2 years. The police are obliged to immediately arrest the person or persons and detain them until they are handed over to the judicial authorities.

2- Officials in every administrative, executive, military, law enforcement, political and other positions must ensure the security of the aforementioned meetings and prevent any action that may disrupt, stop or close the meetings. In case of delay, they will be sentenced to temporary or permanent dismissal from government service, as the case may be. The judiciary is obliged to issue and announce the necessary verdict in less than one month without any formalities.

3- The punishment in paragraph one also includes those who hold any position or responsibility and prevent the holding of the aforementioned meetings.

This plan restricts legitimate freedoms in the Islamic Republic and is a plan to restrict freedom of expression, which is against the constitution and contrary to many accepted standards and rules in the country.

Mohammad Reza Aref is said to be one of the main supporters of this plan. The strange thing about this plan is that no distinction or explanation has been provided regarding the audience's questions and the creation of tension, and this issue provides the basis for abuse by political currents, especially the ruling current, to suppress opposing views and also reinforces the lack of accountability of officials.

Although this plan is much more crude than one could imagine for its prospects, the mere fact that it was formulated and presented by the movement claiming enlightenment and reformism is a black spot that will remain in the gray record of this movement.

It is interesting to know:

Ali Khamenei, who is today the leader of the Islamic Republic, spoke in a public speech in 1979 about the freedom of different thoughts and ideas: "Different thoughts can express their words and their beliefs. No thought can withstand resistance in the face of decisive evidence and reason. Engaging in a war of ideas is only possible by expressing thoughts and ideas, and nothing else."

Masih Alinejad, a journalist based in London, told Radio Farda: "I think the sword of suppression of freedom of expression is not only aimed at journalists and members of the press, but also at people like Jafar Panahi and Nasrin Sotoudeh, whose licenses have been revoked and who have been banned from working for 20 years for their roles as lawyers and directors. We have actors like Ramin Parchami and Fatemeh Motamed-Aria who are either banned from filming or are in prison. We have young poets and composers like Hila Seddighi and Aria Aramnejad who are under pressure and persecution. Publishers whose publishing licenses have been revoked and are being prosecuted. These are all victims of censorship of freedom of expression in Iran, so freedom of expression has many victims among all social, political, and cultural strata."

But what is the purpose of presenting a two-pronged plan with this content so close to the elections? Is it to prevent anyone from speaking or asking questions? This action is contrary to the transparency that the gentlemen are talking about, and its two-pronged approach shows that something special is about to happen!!!!!!!

O God, do so, so that in the end you may be pleased and we may be successful.
