Abbas Korkoy was sentenced to death for the murder of Kian Pirfalak.

Abbas Korkouri was sentenced to death for the murder of Kian Pirfalak in the Izeh Revolutionary Court.

On November 15, 1401 (2012), following protests in Izeh city, a number of citizens were attacked, including 10-year-old Kian Pirfalak, who was shot and killed. Several others were also injured in the attack.

But there are different versions of this incident. The Pirfalk family announced that none of the citizens of Izeh were accused of Kian's murder, but rather that security forces shot at their car. Meanwhile, the regime has arrested a number of Izeh citizens as rioters on charges of corrupting the land and has also attributed Kian's murder to them.

According to the judiciary report, after the indictment was issued, a hearing on the charges against Abbas Korkuri, son of Abolghasem, known as Mujahid, was held at the Ahvaz Revolutionary Court in the presence of the defendant and his lawyer. During the court session, the Izeh Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor read out the indictment, and by explaining the various aspects of the crimes committed by the defendant and his accomplices in Izeh, he called for the harshest legal punishment for the defendant.

Abbas Korkouri has been charged with war crimes by the judiciary for drawing a weapon with the intent to intimidate, causing damage to land, shooting with a weapon of war, disrupting public order, causing extensive damage to public property, and causing the death of seven people, including Kian, and has been sentenced to death. However, this verdict has not yet been finalized and is subject to appeal in the Supreme Court.

After the indictment was read and the charges were explained by the presiding judge, Abbas Korkouri took the position of the accused and said in his defense: "I accept the charges and the main reason I committed these crimes was being influenced by cyberspace. In those circumstances, due to the extensive cyberspace propaganda, I obtained weapons with the intention of carrying out subversive acts and entered into riots, and then I started shooting with my accomplices."

A confession that is not unlike other forced confessions of loved ones who lost their lives. A confession in which many arrested citizens declared that they did these things under the influence of cyberspace. A lie that is being repeated every day and is believable to the people from the perspective of the regime. While not only all the people of Iran but also all over the world have realized the repeated lies and fabricated scenarios of the regime.

Abbas Korkouri is also a citizen who has fallen prey to the rotten scenario of a failed system and has been forced to confess to murder, under the influence of cyberspace.

The Islamic Republic regime has once again blamed its crimes on freedom-loving citizens and hanged them innocently. Crimes that have no end and for which the people who seek justice and freedom will pay the price.
