Two Baloch children drown in the "Shakranjangal" river in Sarbaz County

Two Baloch children from Sarbaz County drowned in the "Shakranjangal" River and lost their lives.

Balochistan province is deprived of drinking water most of the time and water is cut off in most areas at many times. In the village of "Shakhar Jangal", seventeen days have passed since the water cut and Baloch citizens go to the banks of the "Shakhar Jangal" river to obtain the water they need and wash clothes and dishes.

Due to the lack of adequate drinking water infrastructure, many women and children drown in the river every year, or are injured, amputated, or killed by crocodile attacks.

"Marwan and Abdullah Ebrahimi" are also children who went to the "Shakranjangal" River with their mother to get water, and while playing, they fell into the river and lost their lives.

The drowning of these two children, and many other mothers and children who have lost their lives due to lack of water in this river, demonstrates the inability of the region's leading authority to provide drinking water to the people.
