Mohammad Qobadlo and Mohammad Borughni in danger of execution
Following the execution of Seyyed Mohammad Hosseini and Mohammad Mehdi Karami, the lives of Mohammad Ghobadlo and Mohammad Borughni are in danger of execution.
This morning, Monday, January 9, a large crowd of people gathered in front of Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj to support Mohammad Qobadlo and Mohammad Borughni, as well as to stop the execution of their death sentences.
Mohammad Borughani and Mohammad Qobadlo were transferred to solitary confinement yesterday, where it is believed that their death sentences will be carried out.
Mohammad Qabadlo's mother is also present at today's rally and in a video posted on social media, she emphasizes that her son is innocent and that he has been accused of murdering someone who was killed elsewhere. She says: Mohammad Karmpour was martyred elsewhere and it is also written on the website of the Martyrs of Naja. He was martyred in Robat Karim, but it is included in my son's file so that they can execute my son. The speaker on the day of martyr Karmpour's funeral announced that he was killed in the conflict. They are committing injustice, my son is innocent.
These reports were published at a time when a group of members of the European Parliament had taken on the political guarantors of Mohammad Qobadlo and Mohammad Borughni and called for their death sentences to be overturned.
The Islamic Republic government continues its crimes, regardless of protests and political guarantees, executing more innocent people every day.
People who gathered in front of Rajai Shahr Prison protested against the execution of their sentence with the slogan "This is the last message, execute the uprising."
The question is: What will be the reaction of the members of the European Parliament to these crimes? Will they take any action to break these sentences?
