27 victims were reported in the last day after consuming toxic alcohol.

In the past few days, a number of alcoholic beverage consumers have lost their lives due to the toxicity of these beverages and many others have been poisoned. The number of these victims started from the cities of Hesarak, Karaj and Islamabad, which exceeded 88 people, and after a few days, the number of victims and poisoned people reached the cities of Hormozgan and Ramsar, where more than 30 people in Hormozgan and 2 people in Ramsar have lost their lives.

According to the head of the emergency department at Hormozgan University of Medical Sciences, the poisoned and victimized individuals are between the ages of 14 and 68.

Deaths due to the consumption of these toxic beverages (methanol alcohol) have also been reported in Bandar Abbas. It should be noted that a number of producers of these beverages have been arrested and are undergoing legal proceedings.

The news of the victims was initially spread by popular reports on social media, but government officials have refused to announce the exact number of deaths, citing it as a condition for collecting more accurate information.
