The Governor of the Central Bank considered providing foreign exchange for the Arbaeen circus more necessary than providing it for the people's problems.
The Governor of the Central Bank, while emphasizing the need for special attention from banks and credit institutions in distributing and providing Arbaeen currency, called for speeding up the provision of Arbaeen currency to pilgrims and said: "Banks should, through a well-planned plan, provide Arbaeen currency in an appropriate manner, prevent queues and congestion in branches in this regard, and use electronic banking platforms in this area."
به نقل از روابط عمومی بانک مرکزی، محمدرضا فرزین ضمن اشاره به تعیین شش بانک عامل سپه، ملی، تجارت، پست بانک، صادرات و پارسیان به منظور عرضه ارز اربعین گفت: «در بخشنامه اخیر بانک مرکزی به این بانکها، تکلیف شده است که شعب کشیک آنها تا ساعت 18 عصر روزهای هفته نسبت به فروش حضوری ارز اربعین اقدام کنند.»
