Armenian Archbishop: To destroy a country, it is enough to raise the next generation away from knowledge and literacy

The Armenian Archbishop of Isfahan stated in a statement: "To destroy a country, it is enough to educate its future generation away from knowledge and social literacy."
During a meeting with the Director General of Education and Training of Isfahan Province, Archbishop Sipan Kashichian of the Armenians of Isfahan welcomed the Director General of Education and Training and his companions to the holy place on behalf of the Armenian Caliphate of Isfahan and southern Iran. He also made statements regarding war, weapons production, and its relationship with science and knowledge.
In this meeting, he addressed the Director of Education and Training, saying: "Some countries think that their power will increase by producing weapons; but research has shown that no weapon can cause such destruction when it is far from science and knowledge."
Bishop Kasichian added about the country's management: "Although at times some issues become stereotyped in our minds, when we reflect on them more, we realize their importance. In every country, although the macro management is with the government and the country's forces, for me personally, the most important and influential management is related to education."
Regarding the importance of literacy and raising a literate and socially responsible generation in the future, he added: "Education is more important to me than anything else, and I consider its value and impact in governments more important than anything else, and I am grateful to the provincial education department for the good actions it is taking, as they are responsible for this important mission."
"Knowledge and social literacy are the most important principles for educating the future generation, and in order to destroy a country, it is not necessary to start a war or use weapons; rather, it is enough to educate the future generation of the country and nation away from knowledge and social literacy."
The Archbishop once again thanked the Director General of Education of Isfahan Province for their leadership and compassion for teachers and students, especially Armenian students and teachers, and said: "The presence of the provincial education directors in this holy place is a source of joy and pride for us because we are all brothers and sisters of each other."
