Disclosure by the Cyber Group Adalat Ali: IRGC Intelligence has called for a ban on the exit of 37 Rouhani-era managers from the country

The Justice Ali cyber group has published a confidential letter in which the IRGC Intelligence Protection Organization has asked the Public Prosecutor and the Revolutionary Guard to issue a travel ban on 37 managers of the Rouhani government.
In this letter, which was issued on September 5th of this year, the reason for issuing this request is stated to be to prevent the leakage of confidential information, including the amount of crude oil sales.
Touraj Dehghani Zanganeh, CEO of the Civil Aviation Organization, Hamidreza Haqbin, International Director of the National Iranian Gas Company, Homayoun Haeri, Deputy Director of Electricity and Energy Affairs at the Ministry of Energy, Mohsen Tarztalb, CEO of the Thermal Power Generation Company, Ali Akbar Pourabrahim, CEO of Niko Company, and Marjan Bakhtiari, an expert at Niko Company, are among those whom the IRGC intelligence has suspected of disclosing oil sales information.
In this letter, IRGC Intelligence also demanded that the managers of Niko Company, who are in Switzerland, be brought into the country and then banned from leaving.
A number of individuals named in this document apparently have no connection to oil sales and have been banned from leaving for other reasons, including accusations of economic corruption.
Some domestic media outlets have pointed to the family connections of a number of these individuals to former President Hassan Rouhani.
