Arrest of a citizen for performing street music in Rasht

HRANA News Agency – A 60-year-old citizen was arrested by law enforcement officers for performing street music in Rasht. His musical instruments have also been confiscated.

According to HRANA news agency, citing Rokna, police officers arrested a citizen for performing street music on the Alam Al-Hoda pedestrian street in Rasht.

The 60-year-old man's musical instruments were also confiscated by the officers.

The report states, "Performing street music requires obtaining a legal permit from the Department of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the municipality."
