The defendant in this case said in his confession: “I was tired of Elham’s (second wife) behavior. I rented her the best apartment with all the amenities because I didn’t want to witness her fights with my first wife every day! But that woman went her own way and ignored my advice, so much so that her behavior and words became unbearable for me. Finally, the knife reached my bone and I decided to kill her. About a month before the incident (last summer), I shared the story with my cousin, who is the caretaker of an educational center in Mashhad, to help me. He also bought a rope toy and shortened it so that I could use it to strangle my wife. Our plan was that after the murder, he would come home and take my wife’s body with him. “Hassan” told me to kill her! I will give the body to my friends to take to Quchan and destroy.”
He continued: “That’s why I gave Hassan the spare key to the house where my wife lived and asked him to come home at 5 a.m. to take the body. But that morning, when Hassan quietly entered the house, he saw my wife sleeping next to my child. He told me angrily that you didn’t do anything! I said that my little son was sleeping next to his mother and if I killed him, he would wake up and this scene would remain in his memory! That’s why I gave up. Finally, this opportunity came in late July of last year when Elham and I were invited to a family party of a relative in the new city of Golbahar. That night, when we returned from the party to my second wife’s house on Mirzakochek Khan Boulevard, I saw the time as suitable to kill her. I got very warm with her and made love to her. I mixed the sleeping pill powder that I had prepared in advance into orange syrup and gave it to her. That night, we put my little son to sleep in the living room and went to the bedroom ourselves. When my wife fell into a deep sleep from drinking the syrup, He sank. I immediately took the shortened rope from the car and threw it around his neck from behind. My wife opened her eyes at the same time and our last look after the last party was tied to each other, but I had already made up my mind. I pulled the rope handles until he died and his body fell off the bed to the ground. After that, I waited for Hassan, who also arrived on time. While he was carrying a bag with him. We tied the hands and feet of my wife's lifeless body with rope and put the body together in the bag and took it to the area with an elevator and put it in the trunk of Samand Hassan's car.
The defendant in the case added: “My stepfather told me that he would give his friends some money to take the body to Quchan. Of course, that day we threw the clothes, accessories, and even the rope toy in a bag next to the body, and “Hassan” took it with him. I also came up with a new plan to avoid being arrested as a murder suspect. I took my 5-year-old son to my first wife’s house and asked him to look after him until his mother came! On the other hand, I went to the police station and reported Elham missing so that no one would suspect me. I told the law enforcement forces that my wife had gone to the doctor’s office for treatment. I also went to my place of work at the car buying and selling company, but when I returned home at noon, I did not see my wife and my son was home alone!”
"Mohammad-T" continued: "After this incident, I was summoned to the police station several times, but each time I repeated the previous statements until the judge finally issued an arrest warrant for me, and I just realized that everything had been revealed. I was forced to tell the story, but out of fear of punishment, I blamed Hassan for committing the murder. However, after Hassan was arrested, it was revealed that he had thrown the body into the sewage well of the educational center, and finally, on May 20, with Hassan's confession, my wife's body was taken out of the well."
"Hassan", another defendant in the case, who has now been charged with accessory to murder, confirmed the statements of "Mohammad-T" and confessed to receiving more than 300 million tomans in cash and gold for the transfer and burial of the body, saying: "I prepared the tools to commit the murder and gave them to "Mohammad" to kill his wife and brought the body with me to the educational center, but I did not know where to bury it. For this reason, I first dug the educational center's warehouse with a pickaxe, but the ground there was very hard and I thought to myself that I could only dig about 30 centimeters under these conditions, so I gave up and thought about throwing the body into the sewage well! Because a day had passed since the murder and the body was in the trunk of the car in the hot weather. I immediately went to the sewage disposal companies and emptied the sewage of the educational center. Then I poured some garbage into the well and threw the body into the well in the same position with its hands and feet tied. Then I poured soil over it again and cemented the top of the well so that no one would notice." "But unfortunately, I don't know how the detectives found out about this and came to me!"
