It should be noted that the sale of this 1054-square-meter unit is being made in UAE dirhams. Although the base price of the auction is not included in the text of this advertisement, the related documents state that the base price of this auction is 35,329,800 UAE dirhams.

It is worth mentioning that in addition to this office unit, there are also 18 dedicated parking spaces. One of the conditions for the sale of this large office unit is to pay fifty percent of the total price, without a grace period. Another point is that the National Bank of Iran will give the buyer of this office unit a 5 percent discount on the base price if they purchase it in cash.
