Explanation of the charges against "Khosrow Ali Kurdi" at the Mashhad Revolutionary Court

Attorney Khosrow Alikurdi was charged today in Branch 903 of the Mashhad Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office.
On Sunday, July 25, attorney Khosrow Alikordi was summoned to Branch 901 of the Mashhad Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office for an explanation of the charges and the filing of a legal case, upon receiving a written notice.
Mr. Alikordi, after accepting to represent the family of Abolfazl Adinezadeh Adiatt, was subjected to a case-building process by the judicial system after their arrest and attempts to free his clients from detention.
According to the Human Rights Organization in Iran, today, Saturday, July 10, 1402, Khosrow Alikordi, a lawyer living in Mashhad, was informed of the charges after appearing in Branch 901 of the Mashhad Revolutionary Court's interrogation while he was deprived of the right to choose a lawyer due to the application of the note of Article 48 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
In this interrogation session, considering that Javad Alikurdi had previously announced his representation through the system to defend Khosrow Alikurdi, the relevant investigator refused to accept his representation and he is deprived of the right to choose a lawyer by applying the note of Article 48 of the Criminal Procedure Code. In the aforementioned session, Khosrow Alikurdi was informed of the charge (propaganda activity against the regime in favor of groups opposing the Islamic Republic of Iran) and the hearing of this lawyer will be held tomorrow, Sunday, July 11, 1402.
