Attorney General of the Islamic Republic: The enemy has infiltrated the seminary

Mohammad Jafar Montazeri has spoken of three wars against the government. The Attorney General of Iran has said that the enemy has tried to infiltrate various levels of government. He has claimed that the enemy has also infiltrated the Qom Seminary.
At the general assembly of representatives of Qom Seminary students and scholars, Mohammad Jafar Montazeri spoke about the enemy's efforts to collapse the Iranian government and claimed that the United States, along with its regional allies, are trying to infiltrate government institutions in Iran.
On Thursday, November 29, Tasnim News Agency published a report addressing the statements of the Attorney General of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In his speech, Mohammad Jafar Montazeri claimed that US President Donald Trump has assigned more than 300 people to create chaos in Iran's economy since the beginning of his term in office.
The enemy and economic war
The Attorney General of the Islamic Republic of Iran said in his statements that the enemy has launched three different wars to confront the Iranian government. He said: "Among these wars and invasions are economic war, soft war, and influence war."
Montazeri, while admitting that "some of the problems, disorders, and economic problems that have plagued our society are due to our own internal management," has claimed that a significant portion of these disorders are due to "enemy conspiracies."
The Attorney General of the Islamic Republic has spoken about the effects and consequences of the enemy's economic war in Iran. He claimed that despite Khamenei's discussion of "resistance economics," "not much has been done in this regard."
In response to the question of why not much has been done regarding the "resistance economy," Montazeri says: "Today, more than 90 percent of the country's administrative issues are in the hands of the government and the executive branch, and officials who must face the conditions of economic war do not and do not believe in the resistance economy desired by the leadership."
The Attorney General of the Islamic Republic of Iran has named the United States, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE as responsible for "economic sabotage" in Iran.
Soft war and influence war
Mohammad Jafar Montazeri has identified cyberspace as the main arena of soft and cultural warfare. Iran's Attorney General has emphasized that Khamenei "has many insistences on cyberspace, only 50 percent of which are published by the national media and other media."
In his statements, Montazeri referred to the daily meetings of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Islamic Republic regarding cyberspace and criticized the lack of "necessary support."
He claimed that "today, there are points being made in cyberspace that everyone thinks the country is collapsing, and this cyberspace news is affecting all of us."
The Attorney General of the Islamic Republic has referred to infiltration as the third type of war against the Iranian government and claimed that the enemy has succeeded in infiltrating the country.
Montazeri said that one of the enemy's efforts to infiltrate is the environment. He said: "For several years, America and Israel have been infiltrating sensitive and vital places in the country through their agents in the environment and have deployed their cameras to, for example, watch over a certain animal."
He said that the elements of influence in the environment have been arrested. Montazeri introduced another area related to the “influence war” as the enemy’s attempt to influence the seminary. In this regard, he pointed to the influence of “Yamani” supporters in the seminaries.
The Attorney General of the Islamic Republic is referring to a person named "Seyed Yamani," who claims to have direct ties to the "Imam of the Time" and has supporters in a number of Shiite cities in Iraq as well as in some parts of Iran.
Three years ago, the website “Abna” (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) published a report on the popularity of “Sayyid Yamani”, who is referred to as the “Ahmad al-Hassan movement”. Mohammad Jafar Montazeri’s words now indicate the influence of the followers of this movement in the Qom seminary. He considers the influence of “Yamani” followers into the seminaries as part of the “war of influence”.
