Queen Farah's Heartache on the Occasion of the 100th Birthday of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi

The Heartache of Queen Farah Pahlavi on the Occasion of the 100th Birthday of the late Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi is the title of a four-page text that was published today, November 26, 2019, along with its audio tape, on the website of the former Queen of Iran. Queen Farah's emphasis in this text, the first two pages of which are dedicated to reminiscing about the time of their acquaintance, marriage, and the situation in Iran, is especially on the citation of cases in which the late king said that great changes must be made in society, and to achieve that, he proposes a White Revolution, which, despite the positive response of the nation, some people try to prevent through rebellion and rioting, although he especially envisioned a remarkable progress for women and the ownership of farmers and workers.
In the next two pages of this text, which is mostly dedicated to the achievements of the period after the implementation of the White Revolution, especially the activities resulting from the creation of the Knowledge, Development, Housing, and Health Corps, Shahbanu spoke of the victories after the actual nationalization of oil, emphasizing that Iran was moving forward, the nation was working, and there was hope for the future.
In another part, Shahbanu recalls the opening day of the huge Esfan Iron and Steel Plant, when the late King of Iran said that he was finally able to fulfill his father's long-standing wish, despite all the constant sabotage by foreigners.
Queen Farah, who at the beginning of this text addressed the late king of Iran with the word "Shahenshaha", in the following parts, recounts an era when Iran had established friendly and peaceful relations with almost all countries of the world and its neighbors, and every Iranian, regardless of religion, ethnicity, and region, was an Iranian and should be respected equally in society.
The final section of the text is dedicated to the period after leaving the homeland and the coming to power of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Queen Farah says that about forty years have passed since that day. Many of those who lied and criticized have now realized what disasters their help in disrupting the Iranian nation and even the countries surrounding Iran has brought. Iranians and even those born after 1979 have correctly understood what tremendous progress has been made during your reign.
In conclusion, Shahbanu Farah refers to the slogans that have been used for some time during popular protests against poverty, hardship, unemployment, and rampant inflation in Iran, and which call the late king "good", saying that it is not without reason that the phrase "God forgive you" is now used in Iran to refer to you.
