Donald Trump: Iran will be responsible for any attack by the Houthis

In a statement, Donald Trump attributed every attack by the Houthis in Yemen to Iran and blamed Iran for it.
In recent days, following the escalation of tensions between Yemen's Houthis and the United States, Donald Trump warned that any attack by the Houthis would be considered by Iran and would have severe consequences for Tehran. He posted a message about the attacks on the social network "Truth" and wrote: "From this moment on, any shot fired by the Houthis will be considered by the leadership and weapons of Iran, and Iran will be held responsible and will suffer the consequences, and those consequences will be severe."
The Houthis announced in a message that they had launched two attacks last night, Sunday, March 16, with 18 missiles and drones on the US Navy aircraft carrier USS Harry Truman, and in response to today's US attacks, they announced that their attacks would be intensified.
After the Houthi attack last night, Sunday, March 16, Donald Trump, along with National Security Advisor Mike Waltz, Defense Secretary Peter Hegsett, and Secretary of State Marco Rubio, said that the attacks were a warning to Tehran to stop supporting the Houthis.
A US official announced that US fighter jets shot down a Houthi drone in yesterday's attack, and that none of the drones hit the aircraft carrier Truman. He also stated: "US forces tracked a missile that fell in waters near the coast of Yemen and was not considered a threat."
The Houthis announced last week that they would continue to attack Israeli-linked ships in the Red Sea if Israel prevented humanitarian aid from reaching Gaza. The United States, in response to the Houthis' message, warned that it would continue to attack ships in the Red Sea, using deadly force, until the Houthis' attacks on ships in the Red Sea stopped.
