Reza Sharafkhani was arrested.

HRANA News Agency – Reza Sharafkhani, secretary of the Iran-Iraq War Compensation Center and Committee, was arrested by security forces and transferred to the Mashhad Intelligence Department detention center.
According to HRANA News Agency, the news agency of the Human Rights Activists in Iran, Reza Sharafkhani, secretary of the Center and Committee for Following Up on Compensation for the Iran-Iraq War, was arrested.
It is said that he was arrested in the emergency department of Razavi Hospital in Mashhad, where he had gone to receive medical services. After his arrest, Mr. Sharafkhani was transferred to the Mashhad Intelligence Department detention center with a bail of one billion tomans.
Previously, in a notice issued by Branch 903 of the Investigation Department of the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of District 9 of Mashhad on July 11, 1401, he was asked to present himself to this branch within 5 days of the notice being posted on the Sana system.
Mr. Sharafkhani had previously been summoned to Branch 771 of Mashhad District 7 Revolutionary Court on July 24, 1401, to provide explanations regarding the charges of “insulting officials and officials, slander and spreading lies, and disrupting public order and peace.”
On June 14, Reza Sharafkhani's case was sent to the Mashhad Prosecutor's Office following the dissatisfaction of the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation.
Mr. Sharafkhani, the secretary of the Iran-Iraq War Compensation Center and Committee, along with Hamid Vahedi and Hossein Mahmoudi, had previously been summoned by the security police on June 1. Mr. Sharafkhani was summoned to the security police for the third time in May of this year. His summons was made following a complaint filed by Amir Hossein Ghazizadeh Hashemi, Vice President and Head of the Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation.
As of the time of writing this report, there is no precise information available about the reasons for his summons. However, it is said that his summons was made following a nationwide call by victims of the Iran-Iraq war to follow up on the implementation of paragraphs 6 and 7 of Resolution 598.
Mr. Sharafkhani has a history of previous arrests.
