Political prisoner "Zohre Sarv" returned to Evin Prison

Political prisoner Zohreh Sarv was returned to Evin Prison despite her treatment being incomplete.
According to "HRANA", the news agency of the Human Rights Activists' Association in Iran, this Monday morning, December 10, "Zohre Sarv", a political prisoner who is on strike, was returned from Taleghani Hospital to Evin Prison, while her treatment was not yet complete.
According to an informed source, Ms. Sarvo was transferred to Taleghani Hospital on Sunday evening, December 9, suffering from low blood pressure and in poor physical condition. The hospital doctor diagnosed her with stomach bleeding and stated that she should be treated appropriately, but at 4 am on Monday, despite the doctor's warnings, she was returned to Evin Prison due to the lack of consent of the prison guard.
Zohreh Sarv, born in 1986, has been on strike since December 2nd in protest against the continued failure to address her demands, which include the failure to grant her conditional release, the failure to provide medical care for her physical condition, and the failure of relevant authorities to grant her leave. She is still on strike and has refused to receive serum.
On May 1, 2019, Zohreh Sarv was transferred from Ward 8 of Qarchak Prison in Varamin to Evin Prison along with several other political prisoners and defendants. She was sentenced to 7 years in prison by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge Iman Afshari, on charges of "social, collusion, and propaganda against the system." By applying Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, she can be sentenced to 6 years in prison.
