Iran News

Editor's note

The global repercussions of the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people have taken various forms.
From the global coverage of the news of the crackdown on protesters, to the announcement of solidarity by world celebrities, including
Nobel laureates, artists, politicians, and even the great wave of free women cutting their hair around the world.

But never in the 43-year history of the Islamic regime ruling Iran has it been seen that representatives of European Union member states, one after another, have spoken out strongly protesting the indifference of the union and calling for stricter action to punish Iran.

Result: The European Union approved new sanctions against officials and entities involved in the violent repression of the Iranian people.

The European Union sanctions list names eleven responsible individuals and four entities. In addition to the Guidance Patrol, the Revolutionary Guards Cyber Unit, the Basij Mostazafin, and the Islamic Republic's Police Command are also among the sanctioned entities.

Issa Zarepour, Minister of Communications, Ahmad Mirzaei, Head of Tehran's Guidance Patrol, Mohammad Rostami, Head of the Moral Security Police of the Police Force, Hossein Rahimi, Commander of the Capital Police, Abbas Abdi, Commander of the Divandarreh Police Force of Kurdistan Province, Ali Azadi, Commander of the Kurdistan Province Police Force, Ali Safari, Commander of the Saqqez Police Force, Mohammad Hossein Sepehr, Commander of the Central Training Headquarters of the Armed Forces General Staff, Alireza Adiani, Head of the Political Ideology of Farajah, Mohammad Zaman Shalikar, Commander of the Babol Police Force, and Salman Heydari, Commander of the Bukan Police Force, have also been placed on the new EU sanctions list.

On October 8, Canada announced that it had imposed sanctions on ten thousand commanders and members of the Revolutionary Guard Corps.

What we are witnessing now is a global consensus to end the arbitrariness of the Islamic government ruling Iran towards its own people and the international community.

The cry for justice for the blood that the Islamic Republic regime shed on the roof of the Alavi school from the beginning of its rule to the blood of the teenagers that is being shed on the streets today has risen and filled the ears of the world.
