Document on bleeding prisoners before execution by Ruhollah Khomeini's fatwa

According to Ruhollah Khomeini's fatwa, there is no religious objection to draining the blood of people sentenced to death.

A document has recently been published on social media dating back to 1987. In this documented letter, written by the General Prosecutor's Office of the Islamic Republic of Iran to all provincial and city prosecutors, it is ordered that the blood of prisoners who are to be executed immediately be transferred by syringe to special containers by trusted doctors and transferred to a health center or blood bank so that it can be used, if necessary, for government agents who are injured in the fighting and require blood transfusions.

This heinous act was also declared permissible by Ruhollah Khomeini and has no religious objections.

It is now believed that the recent executions of prisoners, which were carried out without the presence of their families and after which the victims' bodies were handed over to their families under special conditions, are included in this law, and their blood is drained from their bodies before execution and used for the needs of government agents who are injured in repression and conflicts.

With each passing day, a new page of the crimes of the Islamic Republic regime is revealed. A regime that has not spared any crimes against the people for 43 years, but has increased their number every day.

What will be the reaction of the Iranian people, human rights organizations, and members of parliament from various countries to this new crime?
