Israeli officials call on the Iranian people to fight the Islamic Republic

Israeli officials issued a call to the Iranian people to fight the Islamic Republic regime.

On Tuesday, August 11, senior Israeli officials issued coordinated messages urging the Iranian people to take action against the Islamic Republic's government, while simultaneously promising to benefit from advanced water technologies.

In these messages, current Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, while referring to the water, electricity, poverty, and inflation crises in Iran, began his speech as follows: "Greetings from Jerusalem to the proud people of Iran. Your leaders imposed the 12-day war on us and suffered a heavy defeat. They always lie, but sometimes they unintentionally tell the truth."

Referring to the words of Masoud Pezzekian, who spoke a few days ago about the water and electricity situation in Iran, he added: "Doctors said that we have problems with water, electricity, money, and inflation. Where don't we have problems? By September and October of this year, there will be no more water left behind the dams." Netanyahu continued: "Yes, that's true. Everything is collapsing. In this scorching summer, you don't even have clean, cool water for your children. This is the ultimate hypocrisy."

It is a clear disrespect to the people of Iran. You do not deserve this. Your children do not deserve this. But I have very good news. Israel is the world leader in water recycling. We treat and reuse 90 percent of our wastewater. We are also the world leader in desalination, and we know exactly how to turn Iran into a country with abundant water.

About a decade ago, I created a channel on Telegram in Persian to teach Iranians about water management. One hundred thousand Iranians joined in the very first days. The thirst for water in Iran is only equaled by the thirst for freedom, and this is great news. As soon as Iran is liberated, top Israeli water experts with the most advanced technologies and knowledge will come to all cities of Iran.

We will help Iran recycle and desalinate water. What will that look like? Imagine water skiing with your families again at the Karaj Dam. Imagine walking hand in hand with your partner along the water-filled Farahzad River, a river that has dried up today. Imagine the thirsty trees of Niavaran and Darband having as much water as the trees at the IRGC bases.

Imagine the once stunning Lake Urmia coming back to life in northwestern Iran. This is not a dream, this could be reality; but instead of building such a future, your dictators have imposed tyranny and poverty on you, just as they impose war on us.

For 46 years you have been deprived of the most basic human rights, the right to express yourself freely, to write, speak and read whatever you want. I have here books by Iranians, prominent Iranian dissidents who write and speak the truth; but these books have been published outside Iran. Such repression, such oppression. You, the children of Cyrus the Great, deserve much more than this. You do not deserve leaders who flee the country in times of severe war and leave you alone.

The voices and promises could have been a source of pride for Iran, but instead they were killed and exiled. This regime has destroyed the country's wealth. The tyrants of Tehran have preferred to send hundreds of billions of dollars to Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis instead of building hospitals, schools and roads for you. This situation must not continue, I ask you to be bold, to be brave and to dare to dream. Risk for freedom, for your future, for your families. It is worth taking to the streets, demanding justice. Hold the government accountable, protest the tyranny and build a better future for your families and all Iranians.

Do not let these fanatical mullahs destroy your life for even one more minute, and know that you are not alone, I am with you, Israel is with you, the entire free world is with you. The very ruthless, very heartless, very cowardly tyrants of Tehran will not last. You know this, history will record this. Soon your country will be free, water will come in abundance, your economy will revive, your children will be happy and at ease again. As our founding father, Theodor Herzl, said about the Jewish state: If you want, this is not a dream, I also tell you, if you want, a free Iran is not a dream. Now is the time for action, now is the time for the fight for freedom. Iran for the Iranians.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett also issued a similar message, describing the current situation in Iran as sad, saying: “Your poets once spoke of beautiful rivers and gardens, but today those resources have dried up. Your government spends resources on military programs instead of the welfare of the people.” He called on the Iranian people to choose between continuing the war or the path of peace and cooperation, promising that “one day, Israel will share its technologies with the Iranian people to improve access to water resources.”

At the same time, Walid Gadban, advisor to Israel's permanent representative to the United Nations, posted a message on social media urging the Iranian people to take to the streets and emphasizing that Israel is ready to help. Gila Gamliel, Israel's Minister of Science and Technology, also wrote: "Netanyahu's message is clear; as soon as you gain freedom, Israel will be by your side and advanced water recycling technologies will ensure a sustainable and safe future for you."
