"Mohammad Khaled Hanafi": Man is not only not free in Islamic law, but also a slave

Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, the Taliban's minister of public order, stated that in Islamic law, a person is not free, but a slave.
Mohammad Khalid Hanafi, the Taliban's Minister of Encouraging Righteousness and Forbidding Wrong in Afghanistan, is a close associate of Mullah Haibatullah Akhundzada, the leader of the Taliban, and one of the group's most extremist officials.
He stressed in his remarks that modern educational institutions, especially universities, are in conflict with the precepts of Islamic law. Speaking to the clergy, he said: "Universities and other educational centers focus on the concept of human freedom, which is in conflict with the commandments of God and His Messenger."
Mohammad Khalid also opposed girls' education, even though Haibatullah formed a committee to reform girls' curricula, and even banned it. Since the Taliban took control of Afghanistan, he has repeatedly attacked schools and universities.
Khalid Hanafi says about the status of man in Islamic law: “In Islamic law, man is not free, but a slave. The idea that people are free to choose their own path in life is contrary to the Holy Quran and the Hadith of the Prophet.” Khalid Hanafi, while criticizing what he called “a modern and deviant interpretation of religion,” continued: “This interpretation allows shaving the beard, wearing trousers, suits and ties, and even encourages women to go out without the hijab, and this deviation is systematically taught in universities and helps to instill the idea of human freedom among young men and women.”
Mohammad Khalid also emphasized the need to defend the existing Islamic system in Afghanistan, warning against leniency towards women who do not wear the hijab, saying: "This may lead to the fall of the Taliban."
It should be noted that he is on the UN and European Union sanctions list due to his strict restrictions against the Afghan people.
