Inflation rate in Shahrivar reached 42.7 percent

The twelve-month inflation rate for Iranian households as of September 2019 reached 42.7 percent, with the highest twelve-month inflation rate in Ilam Province at 51.9 percent and the lowest in Qom Province at 36.3 percent.
The total index number for Iranian households reached 181.7, an increase of 0.5 percent compared to the previous month. This month, the highest monthly inflation rate for Iranian households was in Qom province with an increase of 1.7 percent, and the highest point-to-point inflation rate was in Ilam province with 46.2 percent.
The total index number for urban households also increased by 0.6 percent compared to the previous month, and this month the highest monthly inflation rate for urban households was in Qom province with an increase of 1.7 percent, and the highest point-to-point inflation rate for urban households was in Ilam province with 45.3 percent. The twelve-month inflation rate for urban households ending in September 2019 reached 41.9 percent.
The highest monthly inflation rate for rural households was in Qom province with an increase of 1.2 percent, and the highest point-to-point inflation rate was in Ilam province with 50.1 percent. The highest twelve-month inflation rate was in Kurdistan province with 46.5 percent.
