Nasrin Sotoudeh filed a complaint against Judge Moghiseh from prison to the Judicial Disciplinary Court.

Payam Darfashan, Nasrin Sotoudeh's lawyer, announced that he has filed a complaint on behalf of his client against Judge Mohammad Moghiseh, head of Branch 28 of Tehran's Revolutionary Court, with the Judges' Disciplinary Prosecutor's Office.
On Sunday, October 29, Mr. Derfashan cited "the issuance of a verdict outside the indictment, failure to observe impartiality, illegal detention, and numerous violations committed" as the reasons for his client's complaint against the judge in Ms. Sotoudeh's case.
According to available reports, Ms. Nasrin Sotoudeh has been in poor physical condition since her hunger strike on September 22.
Previously, the US State Department had expressed concern about Ms. Sotoudeh's condition and called for her immediate release from prison, and had also expressed concern about the arrest and imprisonment of Ms. Sotoudeh's husband, Reza Khandan.
