Killing of Christians in Plateau State, Nigeria by Fulani Islamists

Fulani extremist Islamists in Plateau State, Nigeria, have caused massive slaughter by attacking Christian villages.
According to the Christian Daily International news agency, Fulani Islamists attacked seven Christian villages in the Bokos district, killing more than 60 Christians.
Maren Aradong, a leader of the Nigerian Christian community, confirmed the news in an interview with this news agency, saying: "During these attacks, more than a thousand Christians in Horti were displaced and 383 houses were destroyed by the Islamists. The attacks began on Wednesday, April 2, at around 3 p.m. The attackers destroyed food stores and looted various items."
According to the Christian News Agency, 21 Christians were killed on the first day of the attacks, and another 40 on the following day. The Fulani terrorists targeted Christian communities in Ruwi, Mangor, Tamiso, Dafo, Manguna, Horti and Tadai. The governor of Plateau State described the killing of Christians by the Islamists as genocide.
Nigeria is ranked seventh on the Open Doors Global Christian Watch list as the most dangerous place for Christians to live. Christian leaders in Nigeria also believe that the frequent attacks on Christians by Fulani Islamists are an attempt to forcibly take over Christian lands and impose Islam on them.
