He added: "These days, addiction occurs between the ages of 20 and 40, with most women between the ages of 18 and 35 and men between the ages of 20 and 40 getting involved in drugs."
This addiction expert continued by reporting the increase in hookah and cigarette use among students and said: "The gateways to addiction are cigarette, hookah, and alcohol, and if a young person uses them, especially before the age of 19, they are likely to become addicted. Of course, another reason for turning to drug use and addiction is the person's mental disorders."
He stated: "These days, the use of substances such as hashish, weed, and flowers has become fashionable, and most students use these addictive substances."
The addiction expert concluded by noting: "Currently, more training should be provided to prevent and combat addiction in the country."
