Prince “Reza Pahlavi” Announces Plan for Overthrow and Replacement of the Islamic Republic
Prince “Reza Pahlavi” announced his plan for the overthrow and replacement of the Islamic Republic.
Prince Pahlavi appeared on January 28th, corresponding to Bahman 9th, at the National Press Club of America and, in a session, spoke about “Democracy and Human Rights in Iran.” In this session, he announced his plan for the overthrow and replacement of the Islamic Republic.
Prince Reza Pahlavi, noting that Russia and China are member states of the “Group of 20” and have close relations with the Islamic Republic, announced his plan without any reference to its implementation, stating that his plan includes: “Dismantling the regime and facilitating separations, engaging the people inside Iran, mobilizing global and Iranian diaspora public opinion, cooperating with Group of 20 governments to apply maximum pressure on the regime, and providing maximum support to the people.”
While emphasizing that his plan will aim at preparing for the transition and economic and political reconstruction of Iran, he added: “The current time is an opportunity for a historic reconstruction of the Middle East, and this will happen when we rid ourselves of the Islamic Republic, the world’s main warmonger.”
He also warned in his remarks that the Islamic Republic is trying very hard to reach a deal with America and stated that the Iranian regime, out of fear for its survival, will resort to lies and deception and will use every trick to reach a new agreement with the United States, as it has become severely weakened after its proxy forces were targeted by Israel. The prince, while emphasizing his opposition to war, called on Western countries not to waste their time with diplomacy with the Islamic Republic, but instead to focus their efforts on supporting the Iranian people.
He further stated: “The greatest mistake of America and Western European countries in confronting the Islamic Republic is that they mistakenly expect a change in behavior from this regime. The idea behind policies of greater sanctions and sometimes appeasement has been that the Islamic Republic would change its behavior. These policies have failed and only helped the regime’s survival.”
Prince Reza had also announced in Aban month through a video message: “Global and regional developments have created a new opportunity for Iran’s salvation before us, and I hereby announce my readiness to lead this change and guide the transition period.” Prince Reza also, on the occasion of the start of Donald Trump’s presidency for the second term, emphasized that maximum pressure on the Islamic Republic and support for the Iranian people are of utmost importance.
In his remarks at this session, while emphasizing the necessity of freedom and human rights for the Iranian people, he added: “The Iranian people will be in the frontlines of confronting the Islamic Republic, and American money is not intended to be spent on overthrowing the Islamic Republic. According to my prediction, during the transition period from the Islamic Republic in Iran, a transitional government will take office, and we will soon hold elections for a constituent assembly. I extended the hand of friendship to my father’s opponents, because there is no longer time for revenge.”
At the end of his remarks, the prince said: “I am very optimistic about Generation Z, which has grown up with access to the internet and digital technology, because they resisted those who wanted to radicalize them.”
