“Amir Avivi”: Authorization to Attack Khamenei’s House Was Issued After Attack on Netanyahu’s Residence
Israeli General “Amir Avivi” said that the drone attack on Netanyahu’s house gave Israel the authorization to target Ali Khamenei.
One of Israel’s senior officials who is a retired general of the Israeli army and advises the Israeli government, in response to the drone attack on the house of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, said: “Any target that Israel attacks in Iran will not end in a single attack, but will be the beginning of a larger war between the two countries.”
Amir Avivi stated in an interview with Israeli news agencies: “It doesn’t matter which targets Israel strikes, because this is only a beginning and should not be viewed as an opportunity to achieve the final goal. Israel’s ultimate goal is to prevent Iran from becoming a nuclear power.”
He added while emphasizing that the drone attack on Netanyahu’s house gave Israel authorization to target Ali Khamenei: “Israel has prepared several surprises for Iran that it cannot currently reveal details about.”
Israeli media also announced that the residences of Islamic Republic officials were also added to the targets of Israel’s retaliatory attack following the drone attack on Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence. Israeli Channel 14 also last night, October 21, referred to the statements of several Israeli senior officials and reported: “Israel is preparing for an attack on Iran and in response to the assassination attempt on Benjamin Netanyahu and his family, in addition to attacking nuclear centers, oil facilities and military targets, the residences of senior Islamic Republic officials are also considered in the targets of this attack.”
According to reports published in Israeli news agencies, the army and Mossad have presented attack plans to Benjamin Netanyahu and the country’s defense minister, with only a small number of people being precisely aware of the mentioned attack plan. Even the pilots of the air force participating in this operation are not aware of the plan and will only be informed of the exact targets shortly before the operation is executed.
