Following public protests that continue across various provinces in Iran, Qashqai youth have clashed with law enforcement forces, resulting in the deaths of several regime operatives.
During clashes between Qashqai youth in Farashband, Firuzabad, Fars and their attack on the “Hengam” police station in Ghir, Firuzabad, several law enforcement personnel were wounded. According to public reports, the chief of intelligence of the law enforcement force in Farashband was killed and his deputy was also wounded.
Revolutionary Guard and law enforcement forces in Firuzabad and Fars province are on high alert in the city of Firuzabad, with a security atmosphere imposed over these cities. It is worth noting that due to lack of media reporting on this incident, the internet and telephone lines, including Hamrah-e Aval and Irancell, have been completely cut off in Firuzabad, Farashband, and Ghir to prevent media coverage of the killing of regime forces. Even phone calls are not possible for residents.
Moreover, on Wednesday, the 5th of Mehr, 1402, videos were published on social media showing fierce confrontations between people and regime forces in the cities of Qom, Shiraz, Mashhad, and Zahedan, and these cities have entered a state of war, with people in various neighborhoods setting fire to police stations and regime-related centers and their vehicles. According to statements by residents, these attacks will continue until the people’s victory, as they believe that the only way to confront the Islamic Republic government is through neighborhood-based uprisings so that the regime faces a shortage of forces to confront the people.
