Students Forced to Complete Questionnaire on Governance and Religion During Final Exams

The Ministry of Education and Training forced students to complete a questionnaire regarding governance and religion while taking their final exams.
On Thursday, the 25th of Khordad, during the final exam session, sheets were distributed to students for them to fill out with their names and personal information. Some students were also given another questionnaire concerning religious matters. According to students, the questions had to be answered on an answer sheet that had their names and personal information registered on it, and completing the answer sheet was mandatory.

The questionnaire stated that their answers would have no impact on the exam results; however, answering it was mandatory. Most students gave the answer “agree,” which was considered the best response.
But will their answers truly have no effect on the exam results, and what is the reason for registering their names and personal information on these sheets?
