Secret Negotiations Between Biden Administration and Iran

The New York Times confirmed reports of secret negotiations between the Biden administration and Iran.
According to New York Times reports, the Biden administration entered into secret negotiations with Iran in order to curb Tehran’s nuclear program and secure the release of imprisoned Americans in Iran.

The United States aim is to reach an informal and unwritten agreement that some Iranian officials call a “political ceasefire,” intended to prevent further escalation of tensions.
The provisions that Iran and the United States agreed upon are as follows:
Iran’s Commitments:
Will not enrich uranium beyond 60%
Will not attack American forces in Iraq and Syria
Will expand its cooperation with the Agency for greater monitoring
Will not sell ballistic missiles to Russia
Will release imprisoned Americans
And in return, the United States commitments:
The United States will not impose new sanctions in addition to previous sanctions
Will not confiscate Iranian tankers
Will not issue new resolutions against Iran in the Security Council or the Board of Governors of the Agency
Will release blocked assets in South Korea under monitoring of their use
According to the aforementioned commitments, these negotiations bear more resemblance to a “ceasefire” rather than an “agreement.”
This agreement has taken place even as today, Thursday, corresponding to June 15, many people are moving from Frankfurt toward Berlin to be able to achieve good outcomes there in support of the Iranian people and raise their voices to call the Islamic Republic regime terrorist and condemn its crimes, and demand that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps be placed on the terrorist list.
Given that Iran’s future still holds many other developments, who will be victorious in all this? The people, or a government that has reached an agreement with America?
