Very Difficult Conditions for Mesyam Pirfalak, Father of Kiyan (God of the Rainbow)

Mesyam Pirfalak remains hospitalized at home after 91 days and is enduring extremely difficult conditions.
Mesyam Pirfalak, father of Kiyan, who was shot at close range along with his son, after spending a prolonged period in the hospital and undergoing multiple surgeries, is now bedridden at home and facing severe hardships.
His general condition in terms of vital signs is stable and his wound infections are under control, but his digestive system, nervous system, and motor function are in poor condition. He is still unable to sit or stand, and bathing must be done for him while he remains in bed.
The injuries sustained by Mesyam Pirfalak’s body result from two very severe wounds. One injury involves the hypogastric artery, which physicians were forced to treat by opening his abdomen and moving his intestines aside, creating a very large wound in his stomach. Additionally, another injury resulted from three bullets striking his lumbar region at close range.
Infections that developed in these wounds reached his brain, causing meningitis, which posed a life-threatening risk to Mesyam. Treating this infection required substantial expenses to obtain meningitis-specific antibiotics.
According to current medical reports, one bullet entered the sacral region (lower part of the spinal column) and caused very severe damage to the nerves in that area. Additionally, lumbar vertebrae 4 and 5 were fractured by bullet impact, depriving Mesyam of the ability to move in his leg region, such that he is not only unable to walk, but cannot sit or stand.
Mesyam Pirfalak still requires multiple surgeries, but due to undergoing anesthesia 14 times, his body has become very weak and he is not in suitable condition for additional surgical procedures.
This is the crime of the Islamic Republic regime, which not only showed no mercy to his child but has also robbed Mesyam Pirfalak of the ability to live. A life in which he cannot sit, cannot walk, cannot stand, and does not even have a proper digestive system to eat food. In the past, Iranian people compared themselves to moving corpses who do not have a proper life, but the agents of the Islamic Republic government have effectively transformed Mesyam Pirfalak into a corpse that is not even capable of movement.
A government whose crimes increase every day and will resort to any inhumane act to remain in power.
