Artists’ Solidarity with Freedom-Loving People of Iran

A number of renowned artists have sent a message to all freedom-loving people, speaking about solidarity in achieving freedom.

Artists such as: Ali Pourtash “actor”, Sahar Pourtash “actor”, Saeid Mohammadi “singer”, Delaram Mostofiyan “singer”, Mahu Amin “singer and songwriter”, Hamid Saeidi “composer and musician” are among those who spoke about solidarity for Iran’s victory. The statements of these dear artists are presented below.

Solidarity is a human phenomenon. Solidarity is not a political word; this word means we all, in our culture we have had solidarity, we have it, and we must have it. This very word is what makes us have solidarity with one another, so we are united.

I am an Iranian woman and I am proud of all the women of the Iranian land. Freedom is the right of Iranian women; let us unite our voices so we are not left voiceless.

Through solidarity, let us unite our voices so we are not left voiceless. Victory is the right of those who have learned lessons from failures.

Who wants me and you not to be “we”? May his house be destroyed. Solidarity is the only way to stand firm until victory.

Throughout history, every time we stood together more, every time we had greater acceptance of each other, every time we understood each other better and every time we were kinder to one another, we won more easily and sooner. We are certain that this time too, with kindness and standing together, we will triumph over these enemies.

Ali Moradi “singer” also published a very beautiful text on social media that reflects the solidarity of the Iranian people. He says: They wanted us not to reach each other, they couldn’t. They wanted us not to love each other, they couldn’t. They wanted us to believe their lies, they couldn’t. They wanted us not to think, not to stand, to surrender, they couldn’t. They wanted us not to be at peace with the world, they couldn’t. They wanted us all to wear black and sit at the foot of their elegies and cheer for what we don’t believe in, they couldn’t. They wanted us not to sing, not to touch, not to kiss each other, not to dance, they couldn’t. They came to war with our lives and wanted us not to live, they couldn’t. The spell of fear has been broken and the sound of this roar and awakening is the voice of unity and cooperation.

In hope of greater cooperation and solidarity for a victorious and free Iran.
