Arrest of child abuse suspect in Neyshabur
The head of the Neyshabur Welfare Department announced the arrest of a person who had abused children in the city and published a video of it on social media.
According to HRANA news agency, citing Fars, a video was recently published on social media in which a person in an appliance store abuses a child by placing a heavy tire on him.
Following the release of the video, the head of the Neyshabur Welfare Department said: “The child abuser has been arrested by the FATA police and is under interrogation.”
Ali Sadr stated: “Social emergency and welfare workers were also dispatched to the abused child’s place of residence.”
He stated that the accused and the family of the abused child will appear before the prosecutor tomorrow, adding: "Additional information will be announced soon."
