After serving four years in prison, Nazanin Zaghari is brought to court again with new charges.

The husband of Nazanin Zaghari, a dual Iranian-British citizen, has announced that the Islamic Republic regime intends to retry Ms. Zaghari by filing new charges against her.
According to Sky News, Nazanin Zaghari is temporarily under house arrest in Tehran instead of prison due to the coronavirus outbreak. At the same time, her husband Richard Radcliffe has announced that Ms. Zaghari has been told to pack her bags and bring them with her to the new court hearing on Monday.
Mr Radcliffe added: "We don't know what will happen on Monday. We don't know how far or when they will carry out their prison threat."
Mr. Radcliffe had previously said that the Islamic Republic of Iran is set to try Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe for a new case on Sunday, as her release approaches.
Nazanin Zaghari's husband also spoke with British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab about his wife's situation and emphasized Britain's right to consular access for Ms. Zaghari.
British Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab described the Islamic Republic's continued treatment of Nazanin Zaghari in a tweet as "unacceptable and unjustifiable," and wrote: "This tarnishes Iran's reputation and causes great harm to Nazanin and her family. Iran must end its arbitrary detention of her and all dual British citizens."
In June 2016, upon returning to London, Nazanin Zaghari was arrested by IRGC agents along with her young daughter at Tehran International Airport and sentenced to 5 years in prison by the court.
He worked with the Thomson Reuters Foundation, a charity that helps develop media around the world. He is accused of participating in the “soft overthrow” of the Islamic Republic through cooperation with foreign institutions and companies. Richard Ratcliffe has called the allegations against him “ridiculous.”
The United States Department of State has repeatedly condemned the unjustified and arbitrary detention of American and other citizens, including dual Iranian nationals, by the Islamic Republic regime for the purpose of extorting and obtaining concessions from other countries, and has called for their immediate and unconditional release.
