Funeral of Aylar Haqi in Tabriz

Today, Friday, November 17, the funeral ceremony of Aylar Haqi was held in Tabriz with a large attendance of people.
Aylar Haqi, 23, born in 1999 and a medical student at Tabriz Azad University, was killed on the evening of November 15. According to local reports, Ms. Haqi, who had taken refuge in a building during Wednesday's protests, was thrown down by security forces and died after a rebar penetrated her body.
But Ebrahim Mahmoudi, the head of the Tabriz provincial police, falsely stated that Aylar Haqi's cause of death was a fall in a excavation site next to the Shahran Tower in Tabriz. The point is that falling into a pit that is completely soft soil does not cause death suddenly, but rather leads to broken arms or legs and damage to parts of the body. The Islamic Republic has stated causes such as "traffic accident", "suicide", "fall from a height", "shooting and terrorist attack from among the crowd" not only for Aylar, but also for other dead protesters.
In the past, the cause of Nika Karami's death was announced by publishing a fake video, a fall from a height, which suggested Nika committed suicide.
The mercenaries of the Islamic Republic not only increase people's disgust with themselves by telling lies, but they also threaten the families of the killed protesters to falsely declare the cause of their children's or spouses' deaths as an accident.
