Khamenei came to the fore with threats and bullets, but Iran's national uprising entered a decisive phase.

With Khamenei's direct threats and intensified repression, the Iranian national uprising has moved beyond the protest stage and has reached a fateful confrontation with a shaky government.

Last Friday evening, January 2, the sixth day of Iranian national protests, the level of citizen participation in this street uprising increased significantly; the protest, which this time entered a new phase with the joining of Tehran. Reports and videos published on social networks show that the slogans are more clearly focused on supporting Prince Reza Pahlavi and against the Islamic Republic as a whole than in previous days, and the atmosphere of the protests has taken on a more openly political and subversive tone.

In this nationwide uprising, crowds of protesters gathered in various parts of Tehran, including Narmak, Tehranpars, Sattarkhan, Aryashar, and Naziabad, chanting slogans centered on fundamental change in the system and support for the nation's leadership. Reports indicate that protesters in Qom, Isfahan, Gohardasht, Karaj, Zarrinshahr, Isfahan, and other cities also took to the streets with critical slogans and support for the nationwide protests.

Field surveys show that the protests have spread to more than 70 cities in Iran, a fact that discredits the official government narrative that the protests are “limited.” Social, economic, and political pressures have driven the mix of slogans from livelihood demands to systematic demands for regime change.

In such a context of protests, Reza Pahlavi's messages on the social network "X" have been published many times, in which he has clearly sent a message to the people and social forces of Iran. In his messages, he called on the people to remain united and focused on the goal, which is ours to win. He also emphasized that the protesters are making history.

In the current tense atmosphere, US President Donald Trump issued warning messages against the repression of protesters, declaring that if the repression continues, the US government will stand with the Iranian people. Trump's message quickly provoked a reaction from the Islamic Republic's officials, who in response issued sharp threats and warnings against the US and the presence of American troops in the region.

Reza Pahlavi, in response to these positions, also appreciated Trump's support in his messages and wrote: "Mr. President Trump, I am grateful for your decisive leadership and support for my compatriots. The warning you have given to the Islamic Republic regime about the continued repression of the Iranian people has given my nation more strength and hope; hope that the President of the United States is finally standing firmly and openly with the Iranian people."

"The Iranian people have been fighting for years to end decades of oppression, corruption, and injustice. Your message has not only encouraged the Iranian people, but has also made it clear that the free world hears their voices and will not remain silent in the face of the tyranny and violence of the ruling regime."

In response to the nationwide uprising, Ali Khamenei has stated in official statements that he is separating legitimate protesters from “rioters” and has mobilized repressive forces to continue confronting the protesters. He has criticized the protests, attributing them to “enemy mercenaries,” and stressed that the rioters must be put in their place.

Field reports also indicate that security forces continue to fire directly at protesters in cities such as Qom, Isfahan, and other areas, and there have been reports of civilians being killed and injured, although official figures have not yet been confirmed.

The Iranian national protests, which have entered their second week in recent days, have now become more widespread in the capital and major cities, accompanied by political and inclusive slogans. Reza Pahlavi's messages in this direction have played a significant role in focusing the demands for fundamental change in the system and have also been accompanied by international support. In contrast, Khamenei's positions and official repressions show that the government is trying to stop the protests by using forceful means.

In such a scene of upheaval, the continued presence of the people in the streets, the response of the security forces, and domestic and foreign political developments will play a decisive role in the future of this national uprising.
