Suicide of a 16-year-old teenager in Urmia

On Sunday, January 9, a 16-year-old teenager committed suicide with a hunting rifle at the Urmia Dam resort. The Forensic Medicine Organization has stated that the share of Iranian teenagers in annual suicides is more than 7 percent.

According to HRANA news agency, citing Kurdpa, today, Sunday, January 19, 1402, a teenage boy committed suicide with a hunting rifle at the Urmia Dam resort and lost his life.

The teenager has been identified as Mohammad Ghaffari, 16 years old and the son of Shahram.

The report cites a source familiar with the teenager's motive for suicide as family disputes.

The Forensic Medicine Organization has stated that the share of Iranian teenagers in annual suicides is more than 7%.
