Suicide of a 16-year-old teenager in Malekan

On Wednesday, May 18, a 16-year-old boy in Malekan County, East Azerbaijan Province, committed suicide by hanging himself. The Iranian Forensic Medicine Organization has stated that the share of Iranian teenagers in annual suicides is more than 7 percent.

According to HRANA News Agency, the news agency of the Human Rights Activists in Iran, today, Wednesday, May 18, 2022, a teenage boy committed suicide in the city of Malekan.

The identity of this teenager, Saeed Pourrostamvand, 16 years old, has been confirmed by HRANA.

He committed suicide by hanging himself and lost his life.

The Forensic Medicine Organization has stated that the share of Iranian teenagers in annual suicides is more than 7%.
