Poll on mandatory vaccination in Iran: 75% in favor, 21% against

An ISPA poll shows that more than 21 percent of Iranians oppose making the coronavirus vaccine mandatory for everyone. Over the past 24 hours, 158 people have died from the COVID-19 virus and 9,862 new cases have been identified.
The results of a survey by the Iranian Student Opinion Polling Center (ISPA), affiliated with the Academic Jihad, show that 1.75 percent of respondents were in favor of making the coronavirus vaccine mandatory.
This survey was conducted by telephone and nationally from November 9 to 12, 2021, with a sample size of 1,612 people and a statistical population of people over 18 years old.
According to the results of this survey, 6.21 percent of respondents opposed mandatory vaccination for everyone, and 3.3 percent did not answer this question.
Coronavirus statistics in the last 24 hours
According to data from the Public Relations and Information Center of the Ministry of Health, during the past 24 hours (November 12-13, 2021), 9,862 new patients infected with the COVID-19 virus were registered, of which 1,251 were hospitalized.
Thus, the total number of COVID-19 patients, according to official government statistics, has reached 5,964,824.
According to Mehr News Agency, 158 people have also died from COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
The Iranian Ministry of Health says that currently 29 cities in the country are in red status, 112 cities in orange status, 221 cities in yellow status, and 86 cities in blue status.
